Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 200g Lions Mane Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Thyme optional

Instructions
 

  • Gently clean the Lions Mane Mushrooms with a damp cloth or soft brush. Trim the base if needed.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms to the skillet, searing each side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
  • Add lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Optional: Sprinkle thyme for added flavor.
  • Serve warm with your choice of side dishes or as a standalone dish.

Notes

  • Avoid soaking the mushrooms to prevent them from becoming waterlogged.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste—add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
