Ingredients
  

  • 2 large lion’s mane mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari optional

Method
 

  1. Clean mushrooms gently with a brush or damp cloth.
  2. Slice into thick steak-like pieces.
  3. Pat dry to remove moisture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add mushrooms and sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Add garlic, herbs, and soy sauce.
  7. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
