  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes mix
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil optional
  • Optional: blueberries chocolate chips, banana slices

Zubereitung
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes mix, milk (or water), egg, and melted butter.
  • Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface (2–3 minutes).
  • Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
