Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes mix, milk (or water), egg, and melted butter.
- Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface (2–3 minutes).
- Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
