Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes mix
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil optional
  • Optional: blueberries chocolate chips, banana slices

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes mix, milk (or water), egg, and melted butter.
  2. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (2–3 minutes).
  6. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
