Method
- Wash and slice squash into thin rounds.
- Pat dry with paper towels.
- Prepare 3 bowls: flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs.
- Season flour with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Dip squash into flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
- Fry slices 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use panko for extra crispiness.
