- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional:
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh herbs
- Black pepper
Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add cottage cheese and mix until dough forms.
Knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
