Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh herbs
  • Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add cottage cheese and mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide into 6 portions and roll flat.
  6. Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture
  • Do not over-knead the dough
  • Adjust flour if dough is sticky
