Zutaten
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh herbs
  • Black pepper

Zubereitung
 

  • Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add cottage cheese and mix until dough forms.
  • Knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide into 6 portions and roll flat.
  • Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  • Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
